Clothed by Grace

Clothed by Grace is a clothing ministry open to all in need of clothing for children and adults, offered completely free of charge. We extend a warm invitation to join us on Wednesday nights from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm, where our doors are open to provide clothing to those in our community who may be facing difficult times or simply in need of assistance. Our ministry is founded on the principle of extending grace and compassion to all, regardless of circumstance or background. We believe that clothing is more than just fabric—it’s a means of dignity, warmth, and expression, and we are honored to offer this service to our community.

Taste of Grace Food Ministry

Our mission is simple yet profound: to provide food boxes to families in need within our community, extending a hand of compassion and support during challenging times.

To receive a food box, we invite individuals to visit the church office during our operating hours from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

We also serve warm meals four nights a week. Our feeding schedule is as follows:

• Monday: 5:30 pm
• Wednesday: 5:30 pm
• Thursday: 5:30 pm
• Sunday: 5:00 pm

Children’s Ministry

No matter the class, our mission remains the same: to lead each child to the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Grounded in the truth of Scripture, our teachers are passionate about sharing God’s love and wisdom with the next generation. Here’s a glimpse into our classes:

1. God’s Girls/God’s Boys: Every Wednesday at 6pm, children from kindergarten and up gather for an enriching time of learning and fellowship. Through interactive lessons straight from the Bible, we empower our children to discover God’s truth and apply it in their lives.
2. Children’s Church: During Worship Time in the library, children in kindergarten through 6th grade embark on a journey of discovery. Our dedicated volunteers lead engaging Bible lessons and fun games, fostering a love for God’s Word and a deeper understanding of His love.
3. Wee Church: Our littlest learners, aged 2 through 5 years old, gather during praise and worship for a special time designed just for them. In Wee Church, they sing songs, create crafts, and explore age-appropriate Bible lessons, all guided by caring teachers who nurture their budding faith.

Additionally, we offer nursery services for children from birth through age 2, where our dedicated volunteers provide loving care and support.

Youth Ministry

Welcome to the Grace Bible Church Youth Group, where we come together with a shared purpose: to cultivate deeper relationships with Jesus Christ. While we enjoy games, movies, concerts, lock-ins, and special events as part of our journey, they are not our sole focus. Our gatherings are intentionally designed to create spaces where our youth encounter Jesus above all else. Our Youth Group convenes on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm for a time of fellowship, prayer, and engaging Bible study. Additionally, our Sunday School program begins at 9:15 am, followed by attendance at the Sunday morning worship service in the sanctuary.

Loving Pens

Since its inception in 2005, the Loving Pens Ministry at Grace Bible Church has been a beacon of love and encouragement within our church family. With a heart dedicated to acknowledging and uplifting one another, we extend our hands through thoughtful cards for various occasions. From birthdays to anniversaries, graduations to get well wishes, our ministry aims to celebrate life’s milestones and offer support during challenging times. We are thrilled to expand our outreach to include cards for baptisms and extend warm welcomes to new members joining the Grace Bible Church family.

Women’s Jail Ministry

In Prison CBS ministry has been actively engaged in bringing hope and transformative Bible study to incarcerated men and women across the nation. As a part of the national organization, our local team is dedicated to providing caring, in-depth, inter-denominational Bible study to individuals within correctional institutions. Our ministry consists of a small team of compassionate leaders committed to ongoing ministry and deep Bible study with incarcerated women. Through fervent prayer and reliance on God’s guidance, we enter the female unit of the Clark County Detention Center each week, bringing the Word of God to those in need.

Technology and Media

Since the inception of Grace Bible Church in 2004, our Technology and Media Ministry has been steadfast in its mission to leverage modern tools to share the gospel with our congregation and the wider community, while nurturing spiritual growth in Jesus Christ. Rooted in 1 Corinthians 12:4-7, our ministry is grounded in the belief that diverse gifts, ministries, and activities are orchestrated by the same Spirit, Lord, and God for the edification of all believers. Beyond the sound board on Sunday mornings, our Technology and Media Ministry encompasses a spectrum of opportunities to serve the church. From operating presentation software during services to managing social media platforms, designing websites, and editing videos, there are numerous avenues to contribute your skills and talents.

Praise and Worship

At Grace Bible Church, our Praise Team is dedicated to glorifying God through music and song, leading our congregation into heartfelt worship and inviting the presence of the Holy Spirit into our services. We carefully select songs that uphold sound theological principles, blending traditional hymns with contemporary worship music to create a rich tapestry of worship experiences.

Our Praise Team participants are committed Christians who strive to reflect Christ in their daily lives, serving as living examples of His love and devotion. We encourage and challenge one another to deepen our relationship with God, always pointing to Christ as the ultimate focus of our worship. As John 3:30 reminds us, “He must increase, and I must decrease.”

Grace Bible Academy

Grace Bible Church is thrilled to offer full kindergarten through 12th grade instruction on our campus! The mission of Grace Bible Academy is to raise a generation of strong Christians that will have a positive impact on Winchester, Kentucky by offering an affordable, Christ-centered quality education, and also provide students with the opportunity to build and practice spiritual habits. Grace Bible Academy has a staff devoted to Christian education and ministry to help cultivate a generation of students to be ambassadors for Jesus Christ.
