Lee Cruse

Senior Pastor

Pastor Lee Cruse and his wife Crickett have been pastoring for over 24 years and after pastorates at two other churches, they helped to found Grace Bible Church in 2004. Pastor Lee was saved when he was 14 years old and the Lord did a work in his life when he was 19 years old. It was at that time the Lord called him into ministry. He was working in the funeral business as a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. He left that business to go college to train for the ministry. He is a graduate of Southeastern Christian College with an Associate Arts degree in Bible; he then went on to Eastern Kentucky University and graduated there with a Bachelor Degree and a Masters Degree in Education and also Administrative Degree with 30 hours above a Masters. He also taught in the public schools for 30 years: 15 as a teacher and coach and 15 as principal. Pastor Lee and His wife Crickett have a passion for the salvation of souls and that people come to an understanding of God’s Grace that sets people free to live the life Jesus intended them to live. Crickett and Lee have 6 Children and 12 Grandchildren.

Thelma Carter

Administrative Assistant

My name is Thelma and I am married to Mark Carter my husband of 40 years. God blessed us with two wonderful children Ben and Melanie. Melanie is married to Mike Appel they live in Springboro Ohio and have given us three adorable grandchildren, Mikey, Matthew and Lauren. The Lord called our son Ben home in 2010. Mark teaches an adult Sunday school class here at Grace. I have been the secretary at Grace since 2009. I count it an honor and privilege to have a part in the organizational side of spreading
God’s Word here in Winchester and I am blessed to work with caring, loving and kind Christian people who love the Lord.
