The purpose of the Grace Bible Church Praise Team is to glorify God through music and singing. Our team is committed to leading the church in worship and inviting the presence of God’s Holy Spirit into our services.
We select songs that are theologically true, combining the old along with the newer more contemporary songs.
Praise Team participants should be Christians and should live lives that reflect Christ in them. In other words, team members should be walking examples of Christ and worshippers of God each and every day. Team members encourage and challenge one another to have a deeper relationship with God. Musicians should never fail to point to Christ at any opportunity. “He must increase and I must decrease.” John 3:30.
To prepare our hearts for worship each Sunday, we pray together before practice and the morning services. We take time as a team to quiet our hearts so that we are entering into worship prepared to serve.
Worship Team practice is held each Sunday at 8:00 am.
